Walter Hubbell

Um, a local guy who's interested in the occult comes to investigate.

His name is Walter Hub- or I'm sorry, that guy comes to investigate, and then Walter Hubbell, an American actor who was super interested in, like, ghosts and shit, he had a theater tour that was going through the area, and so he wants to come and check it out.

So he lives with them for several weeks and keeps a journal that he later expands into a full book on this, which sells, like, 50,000 copies.

Like, this, this g- this thing made this guy money.
