Walt Disney Presents

The holidays at Walt Disney World Resort begin on November 13th, and they will run through January 6th.

Walt Disney Presents will have festive displays featuring props and artifacts from holiday films.

Last year, they focused on Muppet Christmas Carol, The Santa Clause, Babes in Toyland, and more.

No word on what films are going to be highlighted this year.

Fantastic.

Also, Jim, it looks like some exhibits from Anaheim's recent D23 conference have made their way east and are on display in One Man's Dream, and I included a photo of this from our friends at WDW Magic.

Mm-hmm.

Jim, we saw these, uh, characters, like the, uh, the bunny with three ears-

And in some of these Facebook groups, they are actually managed by travel agents.

so you know you have some sort of peace of mind there that they are following some conduct laws etc so on the actual day um a group of us said we were going to try and meet up in hollywood studios before and it was so weird because i was on my own and i'd sort of messaged a few of the other people there was a a couple and then there was um couple with an older child and then there was a couple of single people as well and we all met and we all sort of voiced the same anxiety is this person actually going to be here you know because we're all still at this point thinking oh my gosh is it the world's biggest con um it wasn't so we went and met up at Walt Disney Presents and the 20 of us all said hi, our guides arrived, and we basically began our day.

That's awesome.

About what time did it kick off?

... you know, we'll, we'll s- we'll see on some of that other stuff, but...

Well, the next news story we have is you can get a first look at Monstropolis concept art over in Walt Disney Presents at Hollywood Studios.

Well, and they've updated it to include what you're gonna see in the pre-show at Glob Theatre.

That's the theater that The Muppets Vision 3D used to be in.

Well, true.

That's, I mean, that is true.

I was gonna say, you don't, don't feel like you have to go to Walt Disney Presents to see this stuff.

You can just...

That's fair.

And then you also saw they moved some stuff that we saw in D23 over to Walt Disney Presents.

Yeah, so Walt Disney presents in the back area near where the meet and greet is.

And I think it's still, Ariel is still back there for the meet and greet.

Okay.

Usually it's Descendants.

Yeah, right now I think it was still that.

I love Walt Disney Presents, but I love it up until that area.

And, and by the way, Len, you saw this.

You know, remember when we toured, uh, Walt Disney Presents at, uh, Disney's Hollywood Studios with-

A- a- and, and in fact, Roger Broggie, the, the, the gentleman that Walt tasked with, "All right.

You figure out how to make these tiny 19-inch-tall figures work," and Roger was one who, you know, uh, well, of course, is the famous Project Little Man.

In fact, you know, what's interesting is, again, if you, you go to, uh, Walt Disney Presents: One Man's Dream, right next-

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

And then over at Walt Disney Presents, they have a holiday display too.

So whether you bring the daytime hours on a regular ticket or you choose to do a party, Hollywood Studios was not left out of the festivities.

And there's lots to do to make your family feel like you're really celebrating the season.
