Walt Anderson

16-point lead became an eight-point lead, and then bing, bang, boom, it's tied up [laughs] and thanks to the craziest play of the year, thanks to Terry McAulay for calling in to First Time Longtime.

"Hey, Walt, maybe you guys should take a look."

[laughs] I still can't... [laughs]

I still can't believe.

[clears throat]

...

when Terry McAulay picks up his phone and calls Walt Anderson, and Walt Anderson takes the call, and Terry says, "Hey, that was a backward pass.

You should probably look at that," it changed everything.

I believe so

soWell, at some point during the pregame show that will otherwise, you know, be over by the time the game starts, it's usually a four-hour extravaganza on Sunday morning on NFL Network, and this year Walt Anderson, he made an appearance week one to talk about the clock in Western Michigan and Michigan from a week earlier, which is completely irrelevant to the NFL, but there wasn't any NFL action to discuss.

Week two, he wasn't on, even though the Jared Goff backward pass, forward pass thing would have been nice to have someone explain that.

I want to see Walt Anderson on NFL Network explaining why that wasn't pass interference, and I want to hear an explanation as to the two calls from the Ravens-Cowboys game, and we'll see if he's on on Sunday morning.

I will make sure I watch it to see what Walt Anderson has to say, if anything.

That's the thing the NFL is lacking, and it...

We've just gotten used to it.
