Walcott

Again, the pursuit was stopped before McDermott could be taken into custody.

At seven thirteen PM Monday, Walcott Police Officer Timothy Horahan was notified by Davenport Police that McDermott's cell phone was pinging in the area of Plainview Road near Interstate eighty in Walcott.

According to his affidavit, Horahan located McDermott driving the F-150 as it pulled out of the I-eighty truck stop in Walcott.

As he followed McDermott, Horahan said he noticed unsafe lane changes resulting in the pickup being within one dashed line of other vehicles.

The truck was also traveling eighty-two miles per hour in a seventy mile per hour zone.
