Wake Young Men's Leadership Academy

We didn't want a transactional church.

We wanted an incarnational life where we boldly showed up for our neighbors, from the halls of Bug Elementary to our local HBCUs, to advocating in One Wake initiatives, to hosting Tall Grass Food Box, to Wake Young Men's Leadership Academy, and the list goes on.

In moments when the isms and schisms of this world tried to divide us, And when the task of liberation felt too heavy, we trusted that the one who started this good work wasn't yet done.

When the arc of justice and liberation seems long, Holy Imagination took on flesh ten years ago through a community where all would be welcomed, no boundary, no barrier, where justice meets mercy and where the rigid scripts of the world would be rewritten by the expansive love of Jesus.
