Wagener Terrace

But when there has been, we've been able to navigate and maneuver through the municipalities and the preservation organizations really, really beautifully.

And I can speak to a recent project that we did We designed and worked with a client in one of our historic neighborhoods in Wagner Terrace here.

It was a retrofit to a historic building that had been had a lot of water damage and a lot of rot.

And so we came in and re-insulated the building with a biocomposite material called hempcrete or hemp lime which is really just a plant-based plant-based insulation material that's much more utilized in Europe and Canada in also in very historic cities it's a sort of new newer material here in the states but We worked with the city permitting.
