The chief US negotiator at the Paris peace talks, W. Averell Harriman, will leave for the US tomorrow.

Harriman has a long-standing commitment to preside over hearings of the Human Rights Commission in Washington next week, but it's a foregone conclusion that he will confer, of course, with President Johnson and other high government officials, and also possibly with President-elect Nixon.
