uh he's got a heritage ascent h535 uh a gibson sg special 70s that he's uh pulled some mini hums out of that and put in p90s a fender deluxe nashville power telly where he put a mini humbucker in the neck Got a Vox AC30C2, a Blackstar HT Club 40.

And then on the board, we've got a Polytune, a Sonic Cake Compressor, a MXR Deep Phase, Golden Fleece, JHS Morning Glory, a Nata Dumble V2, a Stereo Electric Mistress, a TR2 from Boss, Keeley Caverns, and a Flashback.

so yeah he says the heritage has coil splitting tell he's got four pickups snarled SG he's got like pretty much every sound he would need but yeah I mean this is a I mean competent little rig you can do most everything you need something like this

The part he found was a part for his slide work.

He continues, I remember I played through a Vox AC30.

It sounded good, but I had to really turn it up to get it to sound good.

So I sat in the control room and just listened over the studio monitors instead of being out there and wearing headphones.

Which is why they want you to progress through the line, right? They want you to have this experience.

The first experience is with, you know, uh, you know, let's say a, a Vox amp, and then the next one's a Vox amp, and then eventually you end up with a, a Vox AC30, right? You know, like that's the evolution of a brand now.

And so a lot of them think like that.

So there's a lot of loss leader going on.

[laughs]

And he went, "Oh, that's a really nice Vox AC30.

Do you mind if I use that?"

[laughs]

Which, of course, was one of the major influences on The Beatles.

The Beatles then popularized the bright sound of Rickenbacker guitars fed through Vox AC30 amps, and a pivotal moment was seeing George Harrison playing a Rick 360 12-string in A Hard Day's Night, the movie, on numbers like I Should Have Known Better and If I Fell.
