Vornado

We were just like every single fan.

And we got those Costco like big-ass square Vornados.

You know, it's like a Category 4 just like in the house.

But that's the only way you could like sleep in peace.

What kind of fan is

I went to the store.

It's somebody who's smaller and is, you know, sort of an add on purchase where they don't have the brand recognition.

How do I go back to this small privately owned company and tell them that they need to do this? And the sellers of those brands or your brand like a Vornado or even Weber Grills within the ACE hardware segment might be run by the brand itself, but it might be run by a broker or a sales agent for many brands.

And when it's their money, their commission is on the line if you're spending more so how do you get them to get comfortable with this doesn't mean that they don't want to do it they just there's there are things that they need to think

interesting what would you say was sort of the balance from the day of um sort of trying to trying to sell more into bigger brands versus trying to tap more into the smaller brand and activate them

So we're like, "Okay, um, that's probably true at the margins, which will affect B and C properties.

But if we stick to our knitting and we buy the highest quality asset in the most dislocated sector, which was office, uh, we can probably make some money if we just can sit tight, and we've done our solvency analysis, our jockey analysis, our catalyst analysis." So we bought the highest quality buildings in the greatest city in the world, which is New York City, in a, a business called Vornado, which, which, uh, Steve Roth and the guy, you know, knows how to make money, and everyone said we were crazy.

And this was one of those examples.

We expect these doubles and triples to take three to five years.

With a fucking Vornado fan in your face.

So I hate it, but I think that the whole thing is, like, if you have sleep apnea, you're basically dying at night constantly.
