And then stealing your mom's Vogue magazine, and then realizing there was, you know, Paris Vogue, which was, like, the hierarchy, and then realizing Carine Roitfeld and, and then no- like, uh, then there's Italian Vogue and Steven Meisel's, like, bible.

And so knowing, like, going from Steven Meisel, knowing that, like, Avedon has inspired him, and then the Diana Vreeland, and then it just went deep.

because there was nobody to come by to read and you know we had we carried like italian vogue we carried all of the votes oh

yeah

british folk you know in the interview magazine which was gigantic you know those huge interview magazines and and women's wear daily and and then all of the the honcho and blue boy and you know all of those magazines like we did big business in like the magazines that gay men were going to read You know, because we were like a newsstand also.

So that's sort of like, you know, nobody was buying the giant Italian Vogue.

Nobody was buying the men's Vogue.

You know, that's so that's

Um, I'm going to-- Yeah, I think some of our colleagues are gonna be there.

I know Francesca Ragazzi from Vogue Italia's gonna be there, so it's gonna be super fun.

I think even Sam Sussman might be there.

So it's gonna be a really fun time.

Like she's really... showing people the life that everybody wants delayed and i wonder if that's foreshadowing what she's going to deliver with this album and it makes me nervous that we're recording this on the last day of summer because this album needs to be a summer record i think i don't know what do you what would be a wild guess for what this

would sound like Well, I did say, I think, in Vogue Italy, Vogue Italia, that she said that the themes are more about, like, finding love now rather than heartbreak, which obviously makes sense because of where she's at in her life.

Um...

But I really just want her to keep on the like dance pop genre.

Anything but what we did, basically.
