Vivian Girls

All in all, I enjoyed a lot of aspects of it.

And it brought to mind even a band like that Greg and I had recently talked about on his show, the Vivian Girls.

And...

Like I said, there was a lot of things I liked about it, but as much as it pains me to say that, I just couldn't find myself connecting with it.

Definitely good to relax to.

Some... you know really catchy songs catchy choruses I I definitely like the girl's voice my biggest thing was it just sounded like one song was bleeding into another and much like much like the Vivian girls were I like the Vivian girls a lot too I thought a lot of they had the a lot of the songs kind of sounded the same as well too I know there was like a production issue as well on that album but so That was my one complaint about it.

Again, I've heard of the band Best Coast, but I had never really heard them.

It's like, like, like, um, oh my God, I'm blanking on his name, but you know, the guy who, the, who's so, who was so popular.

Larry Hardy and Henry Rollins are each great appreciators of music who have made significant contributions to it in their respective and distinctive ways.

Based in Los Angeles, Hardy founded the underground and garage rock label In The Red, which has released key records by the likes of Boss Hogg, The Deadly Snakes, King Kong, Vivian Girls, Raining Sound, J Retard, Kid Kongo, and John Spencer Blues Explosion, among many others.

many others since the label's inception in 1991.

Currently based in Nashville, Rollins is from Washington, D.C., where in the 1980s he was a member of the Discord Records band State of Alert before moving to Los Angeles to sing in Black Flag and later Rollins Band.
