So he very much advised me, "Maybe if you just put some money, you know, in a listed investment company." So I've got Australian Foundation Investment Company, which I bought in at 570 and I still hold today.

And then my absolute shocker, I've got an absolute shocker, Vita Group.

Vita Group, when I look at it in retrospect, such a bad investment 'cause Vita Group essentially runs Telstra's retail stores.

But in terms of, like, having a moat and that sort of thing, there's just no- They're a- they're actually very dependent on Telstra posting good results for them to also have good results.

Right, yeah.

My background was working at some of the bigger agencies in Australia, working on some of the bigger brands like Maccas.

I worked on Vita Group, which was the licensee for Telstra.

So I got a really good understanding about how to work with a big brand like that and then connect them to local communities.

And then since then, yeah, we've probably helped probably over 30 to 40 different franchise groups both grow their number of franchisees, but also the stores or their franchisees themselves in their local area marketing programs.
