I've been hot since before the Alpha Fly 3.

Red-eye flight to Stockholm, I need some Visine.

Flow so dirty, no hygiene.

These vasoconstrictors are the same thing as, like, Visine or even Afrin spray where they constrict your blood vessels.

So the poor man's version is you could take Afrin spray, you could buy that, a bottle of that, you could buy a bottle of the CeraVe PM Moisturizing Lotion, mix that, and use that to vasoconstrict the vessels in your face, um, daily.

It's not a permanent treatment.

Obviously, you know, like when you're using Visine, the redness can come back.

But I tell people when you are, when you are controlling the vasodilation, vasoconstriction of your vessels, you're, you're...

It has long-term benefits because if you're letting your, your vessels dilate and constrict all day long, they get tired, and eventually they'll, they'll poop out, and they'll just stay dilated, and that's where you get the permanent redness.
