Virginia Film Office

We're going to talk about one right now.

Joining me by phone, I've got the director of the Virginia Film Office, Andy Edmunds, joining me.

But for our purposes today, we're going to talk about his debut feature, The Cashier, starring Daphne Reed.

It'll be screening this Saturday at the Paramount Theater.

The crew, as you said, entirely made up of Virginians as well.

And earlier this summer, actually, I got a chance to moderate a conversation with Derek Bort.

who I believe has been involved with the Virginia Film Office before as well.

We talked about his movie, The Get Out, with Russell Crowe.
