Would you like to tell our listeners a little bit about what went through your mind when you posted that particular content?

So I think if you've been listening this far already, you'll already realize that I have a heart for marketing, even though I'm in the insurance and tech space.

And I think what I've realized is when we see pictures, I'm involved in a lot of different group chats with a lot of nerds that are in our industry, a bunch of insurance nerds, LinkedIn nerds, people that have similar ideas.

And we share a lot of pictures that we see that we have an initial reaction to.

And an example I'll give is a golf outing and you'll see it and it'll be all dudes all across the page and you'll see some of these things that are out there.

I don't think those bother me as much as when the marketing actually twists it and says something like, this is what innovation looks like, or look at our great cyber leaders out there.

I think that's that unconscious bias piece that really gets at me is the wording around a picture that only shows one side of the coin.
