No, champagne is not champagne.

Because you have a lot of differences between a Blanc de Blanc, a Blanc de Noir, a Vintage, an Extra Brut.

You know, so every champagne has its own characteristic also because during the northern part of champagne and southern part of champagne, the soil is completely different.

Therefore, you will obtain something at the end which will have a completely different profile in terms of aromas.

You know, Satèn has such a beautiful silky texture that it almost melts into the dish.

For the main course, perhaps a Millesimato or a Riserva with a roasted poultry.

One of the biggest surprise for many people is that Franciacorta, it's a wine that comfortably sits at the table from the first to the last course.

And I think more people need to, like, really think about having an entire meal-
