Vincent and the Doctor

See, and that and that relates to Misfit Mentors so much because, again, it's all about the.

people not realizing what everyone thinks of them in the moment, you know? And then finding out like really quickly, like, oh my God, like this thing mattered, right? And when you were telling me this, I kept thinking about my favorite all time Doctor Who episode, the Vincent and the Doctor.

I don't know if you watched Doctor Who at all, I do, but you have to, I don't, I wouldn't know by the title.

So it's the episode where they meet Vincent Van Gogh.

But again, we're talking about the best of the best.

So below it, uh, 27, is Vincent and the Doctor, one of my favorite stories.

I'm very excited for you to watch that.

And then, uh, below that is Spearhead from Space at 28.

Like, what are we talking about?

Or "Big Bang," "Pandorica Opens" or "Vincent and the Doctor"?

Uh, the 11th, uh, like, what are we doing here, genuinely?

Genuinely, what are we doing here? I'm kinda scared to learn their opinion-

um yes no wait sorry no

it's new oh must be right on the line uh if that's the case a chicken though that's that's what's confusing me i mean artists and you who we've had vincent and the doctor Well, it's Vincent and the Doctor!

Got it.

So the artist thing kind of narrows it down pretty quickly.

Douglas Adams, because he couldn't get his name on it.

True.

But the creature, the most unmemorable thing in Vincent and the Doctor, which is common, is the alien.

And there is sort of a chicken-like alien that's sort of invisible that's fueling his mental problems, right? I don't remember it

A few weeks ago, I stumbled acro- across a short video clip from the TV show Doctor Who.

Now, I'm not even a Doctor Who watcher, but this particular scene caught my attention, and ever since I've watched it, one question has been rattling around in my head: What if you could visit your own museum? The clip came from the episode called "Vincent and the Doctor." In the scene, Vincent van Gogh is brought forward in time and taken to a modern-day art museum.

Think about that for a minute.

Vincent is standing quietly in a room filled with his own paintings.
