Yeah, I mean, you know, our program is enormous.

As you guys know, we get 14 now going up to 16 residents a year.

So every year I get a ton of people reaching out in various ways.

And basically, even though it's never too early, do keep your eyes open and try to get the bread and butter of orthopedics down, just like we say.

When is a dedicated research year worth it? You know, does it matter if you take it before residency, during residency? Are pre-residency publications viewed any differently than those viewed during residency when it comes time for the application?
