Vilhjalmur Stefansson

They really were.

So this is August and Marie Krogh, uh, um, scientists, um, who, uh, won many honors for their work.

In nineteen oh eight, they completed an expedition on the diet metabolism of the so-called Eskimos of Greenland.

I don't use the term Eskimos.

Pretty wild.

Not by Bread Alone by Stefansson.

Phenomenal book.

You get into pemmican.
