Video game remake

Because th- that was the first reviews we were doing, and, uh, I had wanted to prep for it.

So over winter break I played through, uh, Remake and Intergrade, and like-

but as someone who, who has faced that and, and, and found a lot of comfort in seeing male characters embrace that, it's, you know, it's, it's Cloud at the, i- in the, the dance number in, in Remake.

Like, it is, there is a joy to be found in that, um, that, that I think is important.

God, that is like such a complex question, because what didn't you l- not love about Remake? 'Cause Rebirth is really just Remake, but so much bigger and more.

Like, Remake is incredibly linear.

Rebirth is incredibly, incredibly vast.

It's still a linear story, but it is just, there's so many places to go and things to do that it's very, very overwhelming.

And that basically, it's a job system that gives your characters new classes and outfits.

I played both Remake and Rebirth, and Rebirth advanced the combat a little bit further on from Remake.

I'm assuming that they do the same thing here.

Yeah, it honestly feels like, at the same time, both more RPG-ish but also more action-y.

Revelation's the next one.

And Remake was the first one.

I mean, it's hard for me to know 'cause I just did-

But yeah, I think I play RPGs.

I do expect that I'm not just going to kind of mainline the quest, that it is beneficial and entertaining for me to engage in a variety of all that side content that is in there.

You know, like, yeah, Remake, it had just, like, the straight-up side quests and even, like, you kinda went to the towns and they had their own sort of things you can do and other things and whatnot, and then, uh, uh, Rebirth, it was straight up the open world stuff where a lot of that came into play.

I thought it was all fine and dandy.
