Four of the revue's original performers, Victoria Clark, Jason Gray, Martin Vidnovic, and Lynn Wintersteller, have returned for the Broadway production.

And we have the wonderful Victoria Clark playing Darce and Michael Mulherin playing Bo.

And Darce and Bo kind of show up on this island out of nowhere.

You know, they're this like boomer retiree couple who are sailing around the world and they happen to crash their boat nearby.

I don't know if she sees something that the others don't, but she's more focused on different things.

I think that given like what she does as, um, in her, her, her profession, she's very in tune with the state of the world and the state of the planet and like where we're sort of headed, um, where humanity is headed, where the, the, or where we're going, like where the state of the earth and, um, I think because of that, she's very caught in between, is it worth fighting to try to make a difference still, to try to change things, or do I just give up and accept we are going where we're going? And I think that the character who actually knows something more than the other characters is probably...

Victoria Clark's character who I don't want to give away sort of where we go but she has a perspective where she can hold that hold this sort of like heaviness of like We're kind of all going to die.

But also, we can have a beautiful life and we can still live and do the things we want to do and not be weighed down by that reality.
