Victor

The New York-based company manages 60 homes in the region.

Victor, Idaho, resident Courtney Sands is First Chair's new property manager.

She's forced to commute for the job due to rising prices, but doesn't think her new employer will worsen Jackson's housing crisis.

I have a mixed view on that because, of course, I can feel for our local community, and yet I- that's my living is managing vacation rentals.

[laughs]

But I was thinking, you know, today about where we are, Victor, Idaho, just over the hump from Jackson Hole, and I remember as a young skier skiing the World Cup in Jackson.

It was really funny.

I ski-- I raced in Jackson twice, and both times I blew my knee out.

I, I'm just never gonna ski here again.

[laughs]

But, uh, to you and Victor, how did you get here?

Into Victor.
