And could you speak as well around the structural barriers and challenges in terms of accessing kind of mental health resources as well? I mean, as a resident, I guess I've now seen, for example, in documentation terms used like lost follow-up, non-adherent, and just wondering if you could shed more light onto some of the barriers that drive things like that.
