And could you speak as well around the structural barriers and challenges in terms of accessing kind of mental health resources as well? I mean, as a resident, I guess I've now seen, for example, in documentation terms used like lost follow-up, non-adherent, and just wondering if you could shed more light onto some of the barriers that drive things like that.

So I think to understand access to health care for this population, you need to go back and think about their daily lives.

Their priority is survival, right? Finding shelter for the night, adequate food, staying safe from violence and victimization.

So in this context, health care needs are of a lesser priority.

And this is compounded by the inflexibility of how our healthcare system is structured.

For example, they may not be able to keep certain appointments, be there at 10 o'clock, et cetera.

And in addition to competing survival needs, they may have financial barriers that prevent transport to the location of the clinic.

And I'm also wondering about MI and things like that.
