Um, and, you know, the hope and the actioning that they come to fruition.

So everyone can say, like, "Oh, I, you know, I really wanna get that job," or, "I really wanna get a new car," or, "I really wanna be a better ..." Whatever it is, you know, whatever your goals are specific to you.

But, like, manifestation is, like, almost believing them into existence, with the help of actioning, obviously.

I like to do a, a vision board every, like, between every Christmas and New Year.

I sit round with my husband, and we cut out loads of pictures from magazines or photographs or whatever, and we plan what we want our next year, 18 months to look like.

And about five years ago, I made one, and then I looked back on it last year, and it was absolutely so, like, beautiful and lovely to see how many things I'd managed to-

... which, uh, is weird 'cause you're like, "Oh, hang on, I'm sick and tired of making effort." But you have to make the effort to give yourself some time as well.

Mm-hmm.

Um, who are an incredible charity who raise awareness and money, um, for people suffering with breast cancer, dealing with that.

Um, they also have an incredible, um, focus on recognizing the signs and realizing it early in younger people.

Um, and the amount of, the amount of lives they've managed to save with their work, um, is just incredible.

So every year I go on a big trek with them.

We go incredible places, the Sahara, through Iceland.

Actually, this year I'm trekking the Great Wall of China.

But, you know, we know we're going to do screen time and we know they're going to have a chicken nugget and all these things, even though we might have that little voice at the back of their head that's like, ha-ha, we know this isn't true.

Like, for me...

The prospect of what I can be as a mother with PMDD is, it's very scary.

So for like, it's got to the point now where my PMDD fog, my luteal phase lasts for almost like 10 days to two weeks before my period.

So that is half my life.

in that environment, it just didn't suit my personality.

And I was becoming a version of myself that I really hated.

So we, we had the conversation, and it's been in the background and in the, in the forefront over the next few years.

Um, and I th- I think, yeah, in the last six months, it's definitely become a more prominent conversation in our, in our everyday life.

But, um, to, you know, you're, you're not always going to agree, are you? We fundamentally agree on more stuff, but ultimately, like, we are gonna have some disagreements about stuff.

So I think honest and clear lines of communication and, you know, a little bit of respect, patience, being a bit of, having a measured approach really goes, like, a long way.

Um, we've flip-flopped on whether or not to have children quite a lot 'cause it's such a huge responsibility.
