There's some there's the bones of a song because a lot of like writer's block is just i think like you get in your head and you think everything you're putting out is kind of shitty you know or that's coming out of you but if you take some time like the walking idea get away do something that's not artistic and then come back even just a couple minutes um maybe even like meditate i've been doing some of that that kind of helps just for like five minutes or something uh get up and walk around and come back um Or call it a day and go do something else, and then don't beat yourself up over it.
