VFA-32

But when you're up in the air trusting your colleague, it's life and death.

Now, when you took command of VFA 32, you led the squadron through its transition from the Tomcat to a brand new aircraft.

That means everyone from your most seasoned aviators to your maintainers went from expert back to student almost overnight.

In business, a title gets you compliance, but only trust gets you commitment.
