Vermont City Marathon

But when I started to get some success at the 5k to the half marathon, I thought, maybe I will try the marathon again.

And so I lined up for the Vermont City Marathon in 2015.

And that was the time that I ran my personal best.

So I kind of did one in 20 in the year 2000, shelved it for 15 years, went back to it after I got some proper instruction and almost ran an hour faster.

Yep.

And so we ran Vermont City Marathon, qualified for Boston, then ran a couple Bostons, uh, and then actually, the whole New York City to Boston is kind of full circle of how I started ultrarunning, where we were hanging out, me, the same guy, Mike, and our friend Matt.

And I, I don't know how this conversation started, but-

in 2016 so i ran the 321 in 2015 okay ran boston in 2016 where

yes yeah which is that in vermont that's yeah burlington no burlington vermont yeah it was gorgeous like all right rates highly recommend I actually, fun fact, was the first leg of a family relay team.

So in my marathon, like I ran the first leg and then passed off to somebody like my sister-in-law.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So that was 2015 Vermont city marathon.
