Now, I want to be real clear about this.

Just like with Comframe and the rest, this is how this works.

What you'll find is if you try to look into Verint right now, many of them, they... largely don't exist anymore what I'm going to get to in a second is vRent has now spun back into a U.S. company surprise surprise so now it's Cognite it's the same dynamic they create these Israeli things they then somehow merge intertwine with other U.S. companies or just become U.S. companies like the one we just discussed which was was it Jeff no it's Greg TOCA deepens engagement with U.S. and allied and government partners.

The remaining 3.9 million went directly to a foreign intelligence and defense vendor called Cognite.

Cognite is a publicly traded spinoff of Verint Systems, often described as a direct competitor of Palantir and NSO Group.

They specialize in what the defense industry calls tactical intelligence solutions, which is software and hardware designed to snoop on target communications.

While Cognite historically sold most of its gear to intelligence agencies in Europe and the Middle East, they have been aggressively expanding into U.S. law enforcement market.

I mean, it's just wonderful when you think about the formation of the promise of The voice of customer generated promise, like what are we going to do out in the world to serve these customers? And then being able to back it up with the delivery of a great experience and learn through that entire process and then evolve the messaging, evolve the promise, evolve the way that you're connecting to your customers through marketing messaging and the delivery of the experience.

It says, "Together, Verint and Amdocs form part of the backbone of the government's domestic intelligence surveillance technology." At the time, both companies are based in Israel.

Both companies have a long history of board memberships dominated by current and former Israeli military and intelligence officers.
