That is the grape Spanish white wine from the region of Rueda.

And I'm kind of stalling because I am going to butcher everything everything about my next guest in terms of name, the bodega.

It's from Bodegas Garcilavalo.

It's my second name, Arevalo.

Um, and so I think, yeah, hopefully in, in my hope is that you start to promote more regions that are exciting to drink from not just...

Again, we all love French, I think we all love French wine, right? But there's so much more to the world than just French wine, right? Like Chris and I just had like a Verdejo from the north of Spain that was tasted like Jura Sauvignon.

I was like, "This is insane.

Yeah.

Vino blanco or verdejo.

Verdejo, si.

Although I did try and order two of those the other day, and the guy was gonna bring me a bottle of red wine, so I didn't quite get that right.

So the first night we had two tapas at Casa Bosan.
