Vera Starbard

One thing I will say about those shows is, though they're not currently in production for additional episodes for either of those series right now, One of the things that was so fantastic about working on those shows is that each show employed probably around 100 Native folks, and these are people that are continuing on and making their own really amazing projects.

Like Vera Starbard, who was one of the main writers on Molly of Denali, and she's Alaska Native.

She has an amazing Alaska Native musical that she's releasing in the near future.

I know there are a lot of Spear Rangers writers that are continuing to write on other shows and projects.

And, you know, we mentioned earlier, you were talking about how, uh, you know, a lot of members of the Spear Rangers and, and, um, Molly Denali teams kind of have spider webbed off and made their own things.

And, you know, pow, I'm, I'm so proud of how, um, how I was able to bring in like the, the composer and the sound designer from Spear Rangers to work on that.

Like Vera Starbard from Molly Denali was a consulting producer on it.

And then we had a lot of other really talented folks like Morgan Thompson is a member of the Cherokee nation.
