Vendor management system

in the speed game is to know the person before the job shows up as opposed to going and hunting for them after the job is available right and so especially if uh companies and many of them do in the contingent space use a thing called vms a vendor management

system yeah

right and and my data is old here i'm going to say this is old this is aged data but when i was looking at this in the 2015 time frame 70% of the positions filled through a VMS system were filled by the firm that produced the first candidate.

That first candidate is actually the one that

got hired.

I understand that.

I do.

And way back when in my People Fluent days, besides doing product marketing for the recruiting products, I also did a stint with our VMS product too.
