Gary is, of course, the founder and CEO of VaynerX and VaynerMedia, but doesn't really need any introduction, so thank you for being here today.

My whole career has been the pied piper of social media while the platforms continue to go to VaynerMedia and try to tell us about things that we adamantly disagree about.

Yeah, yeah.

And I agree with that.

Just laughing, thinking about how much fucking time I put in back in the day in the early days of VaynerMedia.

And I was good with that.

I was excited by that.

Okay.

And under VaynerX, you have three agencies: VaynerMedia, Chuk Media, C-H-U-K.

Mara Media, his mom.

Forty-five million people follow his work.

He is the chairman of VaynerX, the CEO of Vee Friends, and the CEO of VaynerMedia, one of the largest global advertising agencies in the world.

Today, Gary has flown to Boston for one reason.

He's here for you.

And they also did a little work.

They do a little work with VaynerMedia as well.

And Coca-Cola, the creative, I mean, obviously the Coca-Cola side of things.

And when you know and you can see the vision... uh it aligning around a team you can say hey let's go accomplish this together because as we do this we are all fortunate enough to be blessed and we we have been and put ourselves in a position of strength so that we can weather storms we can help team members we can do some of these things and a lot of people say oh when i hit this number i get to x you know then we can give back or then we can do this it seems like you're always chasing that but What we found is with very small, even limited resources, we can still give back and watch what happens to your team and their hearts and how they change and how they're impacted.

In fact, I love what Claude Silver, the chief heart officer for VaynerMedia, Claude is all time.

And she said that the central operating system of the human is the heart and the central operating system of culture are the people and the humans.

And how we lead with heart and how we do that is so powerful.
