Vaughn J Featherstone

But another one that went viral that I recently posted was from what I consider to be the worst general conference talk of all time.

This was from Von J. Featherstone here.

We take a closer look at one of the most controversial stories ever told in General Conference.

This was in the men's priesthood session.

I believe it was in 1971, if I'm not mistaken.

This is Juan J. Featherstone, which, among all Mormon leaders... he's like one of the worst of the worst, I'll just put it that way, who believed he was inspired by God.

Now, this is a bishop, listen to me, ladies and gentlemen, who believed that he was inspired by God to publicly confront a young woman about her weight.

The story often referred to as the self-inflicting purge.
