More farmers are diversifying their businesses by offering city dwellers a taste of country life through luxury farm stays.

Gabrielle Hodson spoke with Bray White Group's Vanessa Rader.

So that tourism component could be both accommodation as well as additional sources of revenue, particularly hospitality, so food and beverage or wellness features because a lot of people are looking to go on holidays and combine all of those things in one location.

It's not a massive part of the market, but it's quite valuable.

It's a really big part of the market.

I suppose that just shows the interesting landscape that we have here in Australia compared to other places around the world so we're seeing international tourists definitely flock to these locations the idea of well-being is also very interesting more people are spending money on well-being be that saunas and spas and meditation so if you can incorporate that into property as well that's a real part of an attraction for a lot of people particularly the younger demographics that find that a key component of their lifestyles.
