Vanessa Freeman

I could even be coming up to four.

with joe captain and elijah white nice so you know both of these guys have been playing with for a time now uh in my own band but i sort of got to a point where i wanted something a bit more collaborative also i wanted you know having um i'm known for putting very big uh bands together i mean at my recent show in london I had a nine-piece band with, you know, Vanessa Freeman, Marcus Beck, Shirley Nelson, and Lyrical on vocals.

And this trio I put together was instrumental.

And so we started just shopping the ideas around.

So this is a band from Ibiza I was brought in to produce and mix and their record has done really well.

We did a double header show in London at Earth in Hackney.

So it was my band with Vanessa Freeman and also The Illusions.

We're on to our fifth pressing.

Uh, a little album called Clapton Hymns Volume One.

I haven't got a full listing here, but what I do have is the, uh, version of "Do What You Gotta Do" featuring Vanessa Freeman with Keidi Tatum and the First World All Stars to play for you.

you.[singing] Do what you gotta do, baby.

[cheering] Do what you gotta do, baby.

And the Kydie Tatham and the First Word All Stars.

Featuring Vanessa Freeman before that.

I'm not sure I said why the Kydie Tatham, but anyway.

Do what you're going to do.
