Uh, you know, you would have [laughs] to have it booked 365 days a year, and the other piece I would say, the economic benefit to city center isn't that great, because people are gonna come in, they'll go to a concert, they'll go to a sports game, and then they'll leave and go home, and there's not enough parking in that area to begin with.

What we need to be looking at, what can we do to bring people to city center where they'll stay for two or three days? To me, building something more like a conference, uh, center, perhaps with, um, you know, something like, um, you know, the Vancouver Playhouse, you know, attached to it would make, be the right thing.

This doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever.

And you know, I've been out knocking on doors.

And next Friday and Saturday, September 11th and 12th at the Vancouver Playhouse.
