In case you missed the news, the SEC planned a vote on Thursday to decide if they wanted the SEC to move on without LSU in the conference anymore.

I understand if there's an ethical violation, e- you know, meaning a rules violation, why there must be a punishment.

Just like there could be a legal violation, we're a nation of laws, or we should be, so there needs to be a punishment.
