So if the party has gone through the entire corpse market by... successfully keeping up the ruse that they're all undead, especially they're all like, Shuri's like a lich, and they're all like with the lich, then would they actually get accosted by a bunch of vampire spawn? So you could actually argue that that disguise could work so well they even avoid...

This combat encounter what I could do is have it instead of the party getting ambushed and attacked instead these creatures Maybe they they come out of hiding and They kind of approach and kind of ask some questions Because this one says the spawn decided to make a meal of the characters Which if they appear undead and they wouldn't be doing that I But we could have them make a study action, the investigation check, I think, to see through Cherie's seeming disguise.

So I actually didn't think about the fact that the disguise will work against this encounter as well.

I think the vampire, more than anything else, would notice if they're warm-blooded or something.

A creature can make an intelligence investigation check against your spell save DC, basically to see through the disguise.

Only if they have a reason to, though, which, again, you could make these vampire spawns have a reason to.
