Vallée du Rhône

So the little Vogelherd horse is beautiful.

It was found in a cave somewhere in the Rhone Valley, I think, and it's kept in a museum in Germany.

It's tiny.

It's probably – the size of my palm.

So that's my first of two science items.

The second one comes from the Rhone Valley in France and particularly from a very, very rich archaeological, paleoarchaeological site that is called Grotte Mondrain, Mondrain Cave.

where it seems the bones and the artifacts of the last Neanderthals are being examined.

And this requires exquisitely painstaking and careful scientific work.
