Valknut

And I want to say that if you're new to Norse practice, learning which symbols have been co-opted is kind of part of practicing responsibly.

I'm not saying that you have to forego things like the Valknut or some of the symbolism that is in Norse paganism, but just understand the meanings behind these and the origins of them, where they come from, and really how other people use them sometimes.

Just understand those in the cultural context of those symbols, just so you're not causing harm to people and be able to understand that and be able to explain those symbols to people if you have it tattooed on your skin or if you wear jewelry with it or a t-shirt or something like that.

Okay? A lot of heathen communities have done some serious work on this issue.
