Valeria Bruni Tedeschi

Yet the go-getting new editor and his boss butt heads even as sales soar.

number ten is the spiral the italian horror film offers a cautionary tale with plenty of moral dilemmas a nasty mean streak and a memorably sinister antagonist alice romana maggiore vergano is living in rome with her estranged mom anna played by jasmine trinca shows up and drops a truth bomb to save Alice's leg after a dog attack when she was a kid, she made a Faustian bargain with a trench-coated stranger played by Valeria Bruni Tedeschi.

The consequences of that decision play out in ghastly fashion, exploring the extremes of what will do for family.

Number eight is titled Fjord.

Jasmine Trinka, the lead actress who plays the matriarch of the central family, is really, really good.

She's giving it a all in dramatic, the involved performance, but Valeria Bruni Tedeschi having the time of her life as this witchy interloper, like, Just going completely all out, smoking up a storm, laughing in this woman's face, making out with her for no reason at all.

She is so much fun and giving such a scenery-chewing performance.

I adored her.

who is played by Valeria Bruni Tedeschi.

And, you know, she's a very well put together middle-aged woman in a very chic beige trench coat and, you know, perfect hair and makeup and a cigarette that she sort of, you know, uses like a laser pointer.

And in that very, you know, signature sort of slightly high husky valeria bruni tedeschi voice makes a proposition which i won't give it away too much but she essentially says that the girl's leg can be saved but it will come at some kind of physical cost to her older brother which Anna agrees to all too readily.

Yeah, I was kind of surprised.

I was like, wow, you really do have favorites, don't you? Yeah.
