My, my point here is not to throw VP3 under the bus, but to highlight a real-world discrepancy that happened this week.

Vaginitis panel three test came back negative for trich, but it was in fact pick up by the NAAT test of the cervix.

Remember that trich lives primarily in the vagina.

It's a cause of vaginitis, but it also secondarily causes a reaction in the cervix as a cervicitis.
