Willie Graham is one of those residents, and she told KSL her basement was filled with about six feet of water, destroying the basement she had been renting to her son and damaging her furnace, which she says makes her worry about the coming winter.

But now a month on, everything is still in the air for the dozen or so homeowners who still have no idea who will help them fix the massive damages, and at least four homes in the area have been deemed unlivable by cleanup crews.

And, and so this process will enable him or her to come in and say, "Look, I, I see this problem.

How can we fix it?" And so then as a committee, we can discuss that and say, "Okay, who are our partners? Who can help this? We need to partner with UDOT.

Do we need to make it a wildlife-friendly fence? Is this a migration area?" And, and we can discuss that.

We can hear those, those smaller issues.
