Russian Baltic wheat became cheaper again but remains expensive compared with normal Black Sea execution.

IKAR put twelve point five percent wheat from Ust-Luga and Vysotsk at two hundred and seventy-four dollars per ton FOB for late October to early November, down five dollars week on week.

The discount reflects weaker futures and softer importer sentiment.

But September Russian wheat exports are still estimated well below potential as southern ports remain heavily constrained.
