Ursun

[page turning] The magic in Kislev is as harsh as the unforgiving land they live on.

While men might gravitate towards the faith of the bear god, Ursun, the practice of elemental magic became the domain of women.

The Khan-Queen of Gospodar was a powerful sorcerer, and over the generations they founded the tradition that would become the bedrock of Kislev's power, the Ice Witches.

The sisterhood learned to command the heart of winter, weaving the cold into deadly weapons and impenetrable defenses.

The current ruler is Tzarina Katarin Bukhar, the Ice Queen.

She's the daughter of the previous tsar, the formidable and beloved Boris Bukhar.

Tsar Boris was a warrior who led from the front and famously restored the power of the cult of Ursun.

He died as he lived, fighting the endless tides of Chaos to the north, leaving the throne to his daughter in the year 2517.

But how do you think you'd be able to help us?

I am priest of Ursun and I hunt the vampire.

Ah, I see.

So how did you know it was a vampire?
