I think all the, the double Class A is now what they say.

But to your point, these are like trophy assets now, and these trophy rents are exploding.

So in Uptown, they're up 31% in two years versus 16% across DFW.

Oh, my gosh.

That's crazy.

She's like, I got to get you down here to see this sometime.

It is wild.

But Uptown Class A is dramatically outperforming the market.

Average Class A asking rent is $73.60 a square foot compared to $42.86 across DFW and $45.87 a foot nationally.

I mean, it's just a weird place to live, but it's no taxes and it's good people.

So Morgan Stanley slated to anchor a new tower in Uptown, Texas.

It's going to bring about 3,800 jobs, $1.3 billion capital investment to Dallas.

So thousands of hikes, paying jobs, quality jobs, expand opportunity to Dallas residents, further strengthen our position, says the mayor of Dallas, as one of America's leading centers of finance and business.
