I am often hesitant to recommend anything other than a very straightforward saline nose spray because of the issue that they had, I don't know, 10, 15, 20, I don't even remember how many years ago, With the Zycam nose swabs where people were doing, it was zinc, which does have maybe not amazing evidence, but maybe more than no evidence that zinc lozenges at least could have, or maybe it was some kind of oral zinc, could be protective against URI.
