Abigail

With that one, that, that one is like the, the ch-

Abigail.

Abigail.

That's what it is.

Abigail.

Abigail should be my favorite movie of that year.

It is just a high-quality creature feature, great ensemble, Dan Stevens doing a weird voice, super gory, great premise, has amazing sequence.

And I watch him like, well, you are spending an hour getting to a twist that is given away in every trailer.

I think that their VHS stuff doesn't work.

I thought Abigail was just a b- a not as good remake of Ready or Not.

I, I actually...

I'm gonna defend Abigail.

Uh, it felt very, like, mid-2000s, and I kind of dug it.

I would've loved it-

Yeah, I would've loved that film.

I can see that.

To them, Getty wasn't a person, he was a jackpot.

Two days after Paul disappeared, his mother, Gail Harris, received a ransom note.

The demand? $17 million for her son's safe return.

In a scrawled message, Paul begged his family not to let him be killed.

Okay, so notice the wording here.

Not pay, negotiate.

Through it all, the person actually working the phones was Paul's mother, Gail.

She'd spent months trying to keep a line open to the kidnappers, and with the ear on a newsroom desk, she told them she would work out a price.

Um-

Do you ever see Abigail?

Abigail.

Got Dan Stevens in there.

Oh.

I like their Scream movies.

I thought Abigail was hilarious.

A lot of fun.

I love Catherine Newton.

Like, he was so good.

And, uh, Abigail.

I think his makeup in this is a little rubbery and fake.

It's very Party City spirit Halloween where I was like, Yeah, they don't look that well, unfortunately.

Matt Badalini-Olpin and Tyler Gillett of Radio Silence are going to direct the sequel, replacing the original filmmaker Stephen Sommers.

David Kogeshall wrote the screenplay for the fourth movie, and the directing duo previously helmed Wedding Nightmare, Scream 6, and Abigail together.

Abigail.

Abigail's fun.

Oh, I forgot about that movie.

The little kid vampire? Yeah.
