University Stadium

I love college basketball.

But that was the first time that I had ever seen a college football game in any other stadium except, you know, University Stadium.

And I got to tell you, That just put in stark contrast the improvements that need to happen for our stadium and in all the ways that we are lacking here in this state.

And there's just no reason that we are not remodeling that stadium to just make it a much better fan experience.

The access, the ingress, the egress, the whole thing is just better planned out.

It's a better stadium.

And in comparison, University Stadium was built in, like, 1960.

And on top of that, it's the other things that that program – Illinois, the Illini do to make the fan experience so much better.

Well, if you didn't know the Lobo fight song before Saturday, I think it's well ingrained in your mind now if you were amongst the 24,000 plus who are out at University Stadium.

Played the fight song quite a bit during the 70-7 win over Mercyhurst.

New Mexico is 2-0.

I used to be shy looking at local football's record.

It's easy to see why.

Making excuses not to go to games is my favorite sport, but it's time to get out to University Stadium because life's too short.

There's a new team in town, and they're looking good.

There's a bunch of mercenaries moving into the neighborhood.
