Well, the Eighth Circuit, quote, agrees with the BIA that the physical mistreatment and harassment of Mr. Jetta suffered while a professor at the University of The Gambia, while deplorable, was not so atrocious as to warrant a grant of humanitarian asylum, end quote.

The Eighth Circuit believes it dispositive for convention against torture protection, too.

Rejecting some other arguments is unexhausted, the 8th Circuit affirmed removal.
